As a general rule, no refunds will be provided once a service is booked and confirmed. However, in rare and exceptional cases, we may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations
Before Confirmation: You may cancel your order before the service is confirmed. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
After Confirmation: Once a service has been confirmed or is in progress, cancellations will not be allowed.
All payments made for confirmed services are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by LogicHives HomEz.
